The Sony a6000. The first camera I upgraded to and after all these years, it’s still a darn good camera. I mainly use it now as a point and shoot, it’s perfect to throw in my bag and take out when something cool to shoot pops up. It’s also allows me to leave my canon R -the workhorse of my work - at home. #sony #canon

Jumpin' into Friday! All Time Low at SunFest

Mundane but typical morning! Up at 6 AM, coffee stat, then get some work in before the baby wakes. Getting up early has benefited me in a few ways: -It's quiet still, so I can concentrate -I get some of the busy work like emails or reviewing financials out of the way -Allows me to get some learning in (books, courses, etc) -Plan the rest of the day in between my daughters nap.

The stunning @palmhousehotel_ in Palm Beach, FL soft opened just in time for thanksgiving. The hotel used to be called The Heart of Palm Beach and went thru some struggles and ownership changes over the past decade until a few years ago when it was purchased. I had the chance to check it out while doing some photography work for a client of mine doing work on-site. The renovations are stunning and the property is amazing, guests are going to enjoy their stay. Especially with the beach about 100ft away! #palmbeach #branding #photography

9-11-01 23 years later. I went down to the city about a month after the attacks with my dad, and I can’t really describe what I saw. I took some photos, including this one written on a plastic bag that was covering an ATM it reads: Published in 1970 “The city is burning Holler someone People run in the street Police on the beat trying to calm them down But the people pray Buildings fall The world is shaking The people are ashes With no wind to blow them away” Never forget.

One of the best jobs I’ve ever had, a job that wasn’t even a paying one monetary wise, was being a Volunteer Firefighter. Serving and giving back to my hometown for 7 years was amazing, the people I was able to help and the brothers I had around me - couldn’t ask for anything more rewarding. Here’s a flashback! An image from my “Sights of Florida” project. Sights of Florida is an ongoing personal project showing various areas of Florida. I may make it into a photo book once I’m done! This image takes place in downtown Delray Beach, FL, also known as “village by the sea”. It’s hardly a village anymore however. Delray has seen explosive growth over the years, both in population and construction. It’s definitely not a village by the sea any longer, and a much different place than 15-20 years ago.
